FIREWORKS SALES June 28 - July 4, 2009 (Sun-Sat) Help us help others including the Elk Grove Food Bank by purchasing Fireworks from our booth. Drive in on Franklin Blvd. Fireworks info.

SUNDAY SCHOOL We need volunteers to sign up to teach Sunday School classes. As a teacher, you pass on your knowledge, faith and belief into our children. Please be a part of their religious enrichment. The sign up sheet in up on the wall by the kitchen. We are looking to fill in the weeks for April and the rest of this year. Expanded Toddler Activities During Worship We now offer the new class for 2-4 year olds during the 10:15 worship hour. For the 9am Growth Hour children from ages 0-4 will participate in developmentally appropriate, creative play with our loving nursery attendants. for Children’s ministry info.

The Mission of Peace Presbyterian Church:

To reach out into our community to share the message of God’s love and grace, inviting those with whom we come into contact to join the family of God. We will build relationships, enlarging and strengthening the bonds of our Christian family through prayer and fellowship, serving the needs of our church family creatively and compassionately. We will create an environment that allows God’s children to actively encounter His presence through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. We will encourage all who come through our doors to worship and learn about the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, through biblically-based study and education opportunities that teach what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ in an encouraging and challenging environment, empowering believers to go out into the world rejoicing and serving Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior.
